Many of our valued customers live outside of the Greater Toronto Area, so as a convenient alternative, we offer our Mail Order Service.

Most phone / fax / email / website orders are filled from our stock on the same day, and if we don't have what you need, chances are our Ward Music-Long & McQuade location in Vancouver will. We work closely with that store to ensure that you obtain your print music in a timely and organized fashion.

In the case of a publisher backorder, we will inform you immediately of the approximate waiting period.

We ship orders using Canada Post Regular, Expresspost, Priority and Purolator couriers, and Mayne Logistics Loomis, a member of DHL Worldwide. Contact us for shipping charges, and route and time information.
