| After watching some YouTube vids on recording metal guitar, I picked this mic up. Within minutes of plugging it in and and roughly placing directly in front of my amp (no time spent on mic placement), I literally could not tell the difference between my amp and the recording (granted, I am playing it back through KRK Rokit 5 studio monitors).
