To start off, I am a professional musician, gigging regularly. I purchased this guitar used without playing it. Reviews seemed good. Well the reviews were understated. This guitar is very close to being one of the smoothest guitars I have ever played. Granted the pickups had been changed to Toneriders, but the tone from it is clean and crisp on both neck and bridge pickups even under high gain applications. The neck is probably THE smoothest neck I have felt (similar to a 50's neck). Better than the PRS Custom 24 I had played in the past. It's very lightweight (well compared to my Les Paul Custom anyways). If you are looking for a midrange priced guitar that will leave you wanting to play it, this is indeed the guitar to buy. This guitar is one of my consistant "go to" guitars when I gig. You won't regret it. I haven't. Like it so much I'm looking at the PRS SE Custom SH with the Bigsby. Posted by JD on Jul 14, 2012
