LS608 sounds bigger than it looks

I use the LS608 with a pair of E10's and it sounds awesome. I have been powering it with a 1600 watt amp for 2 years and it has never missed a beat, it pounds so hard it moves across the floor all night. Currently it has over 500 hours of use and sounds as good as the day I bought it. The LS608 and my E10's and 2 amps all fit nicely in the back of my Audi wagon and it all makes for a perfect mobile rig. Get the LS608 and give it more than 1200 watts of clean power and you will not be disappointed. All my clients are always impressed with the quality of the sound. Posted by Tim Pocius on May 1, 2012

Tight punchy bass, never sounds flabby. Super efficien t and unbelieveably loud for a box this size, the smallest 18" box yorkville makes. One LS608 was easily louder than the 2 Yamaha Clubs. Yorkville underrates this box, I've fed double the rated power to it for hours on end and it holds up great and doesn't ever fart out. I was going to buy another but one supplies enough bass to back up 2 12" tops nicely. 60% more efficient than the YX118S. Posted by anonymous on Feb 20, 2012
