I owned one of those guitars for several years. Used it mostly for rehearsals and practice. I found it to be a well built and easy playing guitar and definitely good value for the money. Tone-wise it was a little bit too bright and I could not quite get the more mellow tone I was after. I ended up selling it and buying a different make. In hindsight, I might have been better off just changing the pick-ups, but I did get some good use out of the guitar and it will not break the bank if you are just starting out. Very good bang for your buck!!! only slight issue is the buzzing from the pickguard which vibrates when playing. Removed mine to solve the problem which is fine because I prefer the look of it without it. Try one out Posted by Steve on Jun 6, 2012
