No ice pick tones like many other tube amps. Very smooth and natural clean tone. Turn it up too much and it starts to overdrive very farty. Posted by anonymous on Mar 9, 2012

Great Fender tube tone

I've had this amp for a couple of months now and it sounds great for a small six inch speaker combo amp. I like the fact that it is built around the 6V6 tube and not the EL84 tube. I find the 6V6 to have more bottom end than the EL84. For an amp made in China, I can certainly say that it is built with quality in mind. I've heard of guys changing out the speaker; but, the speaker sounds great. And this thing gets loud. Posted by anonymous on Jan 24, 2010
