| This MIM FENDER TELE STD. is as much of a Fender as any Fender made in California. Top quality craftsmanship, great sound, quality metal, good electronics and quality wood selected. What more can I say, "its a Fender" and I have played many Fender, Gibson, Martin, Ovation, Gretsch and Peavey guitars for over 50 years and this 2010' MIM Fender Telecaster Standard looks and sounds great beside my Fender American Std. | I've had this guitar for a few months now and it's excellent. I have a few other guitars that are cost two or 3 times as much and this tele really holds its own. I have had two minor issues with it. The first problem is that the plastic bit on the toggle switch comes off really easily. The second is that one of the metal bits at the back of guitar that keeps the string secured pops out when I change the string. Other than that, a real nice guitar. | At this price, with the quality it has, it is really a great deal. It may not have the finish quality of the made in America Teles, small things like dressing the frets to the same smoothness might be missing, but for the price these are small things.
