| Clean sounds and a fast maple neck. I need time with the modern C shape neck - I'm at home with a big fat Les Paul that gives you something to leverage your bends. | This latest incarnation of the American Standard is great. Now that they are back to the bent saddles, the classic sound is back as well. But you still get good feel and tuning stability with the 2 post trem style. The pickups in the Standard are much better than they used to be as well. Posted by anonymous on Feb 23, 2012 | |||
