| It's solidly made, it has a quality glossy nickel-chrome finish, all parts feel like they are well made and finely adjusted. The memory locks are a nice feature, but using them all, including the one for the boom, forces you to disassemble the stand completely in order to fit it in a carry bag or case... So you may end up not using them after all. Also, when used with a heavy large cymbal (i.e. 20-inch or larger) the boom gets a bit wobbly while playing. But for $70 it's a very good stand.
