Drum Camp 2012 is coming!

What you’ll learn from Drum Master Al Resk:

• Hand Techniques - Rudiments and stick control
• Hand & Feet Coordination - Exercises to improve coordination and develop fill formats
• Odd Time Grooves - Used by the top artists of today
• Ostinatos - Learn what they are and where and when to use them
• Twin Pedal Metal - Double pedal techniques
• Hand Drum Ensemble Playing - Have fun in percussion jam sessions
• Experience drum line
• Learn rock, funk, latin, jazz and reggae styles
• Develop new fills
• Learn the top recorded beats used today
• Learn to Groove

Afternoon sessions will give each participant an opportunity to practice and perform with professional musicians. Each afternoon will concentrate on a different genre or style of music.

Senior Camp
(for 14 to 19 year olds)
Monday, July 30 through Friday, August 3
10am to 2:30pm

Junior Camp
(for 9 to 13 year olds)
Tuesday August 7 through Saturday August 11
10am to 2:30 pm
