Warp X is the short description for the amazing response of this 120-watt tube head, with its 4 x 6L6 tubes as a turbocharger for a massive low-thrust. Besides the two channels, WARP X offers a number of other features that one looks in vain for in other amps: witness the genius Lube switch, a panacea for our smooth flowing riff and lead sounds. Only a little pressure on the trigger and the dynamic behavior of the distortion becomes extra smooth.

Then there is H&K's unique effect management system that can switch the effects loop series or parallel, and the whole thing then is also automatically marked. With WARP X one has the ability to switch with just one step on the footswitch very easily from the clean channel with a full chorus and delay effects package to an ultra dry, brutal Warp sound. If you then incorporate the MSM-1 MIDI module, the amp can even synchronize with external effect devices and switch to a MIDI board.
