Its slim bowl is preferred by many stage performers and amplified acoustic guitarists because it feels similar to an electric, yet it retains all the benefits and acoustic properties of Ovations proven roundback technology. Ovations pioneering multi-soundhole design enhances string vibration and sustain by improving soundboard efficiency. The guitars upper-bout soundholes are inlaid with exotic hardwoods, and a cutaway offers full access to the satin-finished, 5-piece mahogany/maple neck. The Standard Elites OP-Pro preamp and OCP-1K pickup produce uncompromising plugged-in performance.
