A terrific fanfare opening sets the tone for this short, but rhythmically interesting original band composition. Colourful percussion adds to the majesty of the wind parts. The brass carry the majority of the melodic material with flourishes from the upper woodwinds.

This is another creative Canadian work that is not a "typical" band piece, but a unique and exciting addition to the repertoire.
