Unlike the Standard, The Clean Sweep is non-retractable and made of blue nylon rather than wire. The Clean Sweep has a wooden handle that's great for rim accents and bell articulation, as well as a softer brush tone with lots of depth.

I play a lot with various non-stick brushes and rods. Thought I would get these to try as the handles are longer than some of the other similar products. After just a few sessions, the brushes started to splay out and what started as 2 to 3 inches of spread turned into 4 or 5. Some tape fixed this. Some of the Vic Frith Rock Rakes may be better but the handles are shorter. Posted by Henry on Jan 1, 2013
