The SansAmp Para Driver DI is a floor version of our SansAmp RPM rackmount. It provides the same detailed tone shaping possibilities for any signal source --acoustic, electric, keyboards, horns, harmonica, drums, and even vocals. The Para Driver DI gives your instrument a natural, organic warmth and presence, as if miking it through a tube pre-amp. The SansAmp circuitry eliminates the harsh, unnatural harmonics of piezo pickups, while the Drive control offers some tasteful edge -- just a little or over-the-top.

This multi-function, multi-application, multi-instrument pre-amp/stomp box/DI can be used direct to a mixing console or P.A. system, or to drive a power amp, or with an instrument amplifier. The SansAmp Para Driver also functions as a standard direct box with EQ or solely as a standard transparent direct box. Other useful applications include reamping guitars, warming up existing tracks in mixdowns, placing it direct in-line from a microphone to a mixer, and as a speaker/mic simulator to record your favorite effects directly.
