The first thing I thought when I saw it was it looks cheap. I find without bindings the lack of heal on the neck and the two Philips screws holding the neck on it looks un finished. The playability is awesome and the sound is unlike a 3/4 guitar! Its light and comes with a nice padded soft case. I was originally looking at the little Martin but I was glad I went for the Taylor. I bought this guitar for my 10 year old daughter over the phone and normally would've liked to played it first. But was i impressed when we got it. I couldn't believe how loud and how good i sounded. The set-up was good. The string action is comfortable for my daughter and she does not complain about it hurting her fingers.. All said and done she loves it.
