| I just bought a new vistalite kit from L&M and needed a new snare to add on...I ordered a 14x6.5 black magic...HOLY COW!!! the tone is amazing, the crisp snap of the drum...the throw off just glides so smooth. The fit and finish is top drawer...but, it is Ludwig, you don't accept anything less. I would recommend this snare to anyone and after 38 years of playing drums, I can finally say I'm happy with my snare!
