These are great. Have them on my head listening to music as I write this. Been playing video games with them too. They give me the sound I want. And surprisingly they pick up on sounds my old ones didn't and make the game and music that much more enjoyable. I picked them up on sale. But I would have paid full price knowing these are as good as they are. And they were an easy choice being that all the reviews were great, and for good reason. Almost forgot to mention that they are so very comfortable. They are true over-ear headphones. No pressure inwards, just enough to keep them on your head. Fantastic

I am a professional broadcaster and musician who's been recording for over 30 years. I use these phones in the TOUGHEST environment possible...the broadcast studio. These have been my studio phones (and have been used by most of the other announcers on their shows as well) for over FIVE YEARS without a SINGLE AUDIO HICCUP!! This is UNHEARD of!! Most other "pro" phones last no longer than a month or two without having cables re-soldered, new connectors, and, eventually, a half a roll of duct tape to keep them together! I have owned AKG 240's, Koss, Audio-Technica, Sony, and DOZENS of other hi-end cans over my 24 year broadcasting career, and NOTHING has even come CLOSE to these for durability!! I bought these originally because they sounded good and had a replaceable cord... but I haven't HAD to replace it. After five years of these phones coming on and off my head 20 times an hour for 4 hours a day, five days a week (plus another 4 hours on my buddy's show in the afternoon), the cord being run over by the chair and over-stretched daily, and them being dropped on the floor at least 5 times daily, the ONLY issue has been that the adjusting mechanism has become SLIGHTLY loose, causing me to have to put a small amount of scotch tape on the band to keep it properly adjusted. SOUND-wise, DO NOT buy these if you're looking for something that will hype the low-end. If anything, these phones are a bit bright (sounds like a SLIGHT bump around 8K) but are VERY FLAT in overall frequency response. If you want "Dr. Dre" bass-in-your-face, look elsewhere! They do NOT have a great deal of low-end, but as someone who mixes home recordings, I prefer that... they are far more accurate than most headphones that are characterized as "DJ" phones! In summary...GREAT studio monitor cans, and the sturdiest phones I have EVER experienced!!

I've owned this pair for about two years now and they are the most comfortable pair of headphones I've ever had. Amazing sound quality, as well.

I have been a DJ for the last 24 years, and without a doubt these are the best sounding headphones for the price. The even sound better then more expensive pairs I have owned. I have had everything from Stanton, AKG, Fostex, Shure and Sony. I bought these as a back up for my Sony 700's and I am convinced that these sound better. Great overall sound, deep deep bass and very comfortable.
