I got the same case when I bought my Firebird and it is well made and will cradle your guitar securely. But when you lay the case flat to open why are there not 4 full-moon brass glides on the bottom? Every other hard shell guitar case I've owned had them but not this one. I don't want that side of the case needlessly chewed up and sticky from bar surfaces. I could spend a couple bucks (unlike Gibson) and buy those glides but I don't want to start ripping up the case now when that should have been installed at the early stages. This case is expensive and should not have skipped this detail.
