I have recently bought this item and for a beginner that does not have much experience with double bass pedals I loved it. Right out of the box I was able to play and it was responsive and had a very light feel to it not to bulky but durable every thing adjusts and after a bit of tweaking to my own personal liking I was greatly satisfied with it and the price can't be beat
