I purchased two of thease cables to try out the 90°angle jacks.Im a living room guitarist, I've not been in a band over 8 years. My equipment never leaves the house.I was hopeful that the FENDER logo would stand for some reliability, sadly this was not the case. They both started crackling and became a waste of time.Thr Fender logo is no sign of quality in this case. Its to late for me,but to my fellow guitarists, save your money for something better.

I only ever use my gear at home. And take very good care of everything i own.Im even careful to not stand on my patch cords.I used this patch from my stratocaster (straight 1/4 jack)to my effects chain input (90degree 1/4 jack side). The patch cord started to cut out after about 5 months, intermittently at first, then to a point that i stop using all together. Note; i never wrap my my patch cables from guitar output around through between guitar body and strap.Ive allways just let patches fall free.So they dont pinch or brake copper conductors in thr rubber insulation.
