I have 4 of these cables and they are top notch when it comes to quality and durability. Years ago I had two basic inexpensive speaker cables for my amps and I lost one after a show and the other cut out and was inconsistent for sound. So I thought spend a few extra bucks and get something better. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the cable and weight of it compared to my previous cables. Heavy gauge wire, excellent shielding and consistent clear audio. My half stack became a full stack over time so I purchased another and more amps and more cables down the road. I’ve now had them for 10 years with no issues or loss of sound. They survived constant jamming and shows during that time.

I don't have one at this particular length. however, I have 10 or so of the Planet Waves cables, either speaker or guitar cable, of various lengths with the same jacks. the newest would be 2 or 3 years old. I must say that I've never had a problem and for the cost they sound just fine.

I bought several of these cables in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada, through Long and McQuade. I exchanged one cable and then another one failed. I have two that do not work well; I am stuck with them. They are useless for any application. The cable connection has come loose inside the plug. There is no way to open it and fix it.
