Altieri Instrument Bags is a workshop based in Denver, Colorado USA. For the past 30 years Altieri has been creating custom bags that combine the best materials with original designs that protect the instruments of musicians on the go.

Brass Bag Features:

• Durable, heavy gauge nylon pack cloth with weather-proof coating on the outside shell - even pet hair will not stick to this fabric
• Ripstop nylon liner custom-quilted with multi-layered polyester batting - a soft, scratch, lint, and fuzz free nest for brass
• Layers of dense closed-cell foam protection, doubled and tripled around delicate bell rims, leadpipes and bottom bows
• Molded, hard shell foam and rigid plastic applied wherever necessary
• Heavy duty zippers, drawstrings, buckles and hardware - always searching for the best in the industry
• Cushy adjustable backpack straps, shoulder straps with swivel, locking hooks and flex grips, plus padded handles for easy transport - there are even optional sleeves for rolling carts when your load becomes too much to handle
• Large accessory compartments hold everything from orchestra folders, mutes, and stands, to water bottles, umbrellas and even concert clothes
• Smaller pockets, customized for mouthpieces, valve oil, and those tiny accessories that seem to disappear in big spaces

• Large Bore Tenor/Standard Bass Bag: top 9"x 14", bottom 9" x 4", length 34", for 8.5" to 9.5" bell diameter
• The slide container built into the Altieri Trombone Bag makes this gig bag totally unique
  • A box of rigid plastic foam which surrounds the delicate slide, protecting it from all angles.
  • The closed-cell foam is resilient, lightweight and moisture resistant.
  • The interior of the slide box is lined with quilted rip-stop nylon, soft yet durable. The sleeve is removable.
  • Custom-sized boxes insure the minimum of slide movement and the maximum in lightweight support.
  • Velcro flap secures the slide in place.
• Expandable compartment for mutes and music with Velcro strap for stands and small pocket for mouthpieces
• Quilted drawstring circle encompasses the bell area
