I use this case whenever I have to load my guitar onto an airplane. So far my guitar has survived two trips in the baggage compartment without a scratch. The case showed a few marks so it goes to show you the handling gets pretty rough.
Fit my regular full size acoustic really well. I put a small towel into wedge up the last quarter inch.

I was looking for a solid case that would fit my standard dreadnoughts, and also be long enough for a 12-string dread. An ABS plastic case offers a level of protection from both impact and the elements, that a wooden one can't quite match. The Crossrock case fits the bill, and although it's not quite as solid as an SKB, it's $100 less expensive. All in all, it's terrific value.
