I recently bought this capo, as it was recommended to me by an employee. I must say it works wonderfully as I use it with my Yamaha FG800J. My only complaint is that the spring is a little too strong and it can be hard to clasp open if you have small hands. Apart from that, no complaints. I'm happy with this product.

Easy and very fast to use. Only complaint is that the spring is a bit too strong and it puts some strings way out of tune. I think I’ll buy a Shubb as well so I can adjust the tightness.

Owned one for years and use it on nylon string and metal string acoustic guitars. Always worked fine and have never had a problem with it.

Can be used for 6 string acoustics and electrics, and the loop on the trigger doubles as a cigarette holder. 10/10 design.

I have 2 of these capos and have had them for a number of years the only complaint would have is the rubber pad is so hard that it never recovers it's shape. Other than that they work great use the capo all over the neck.

I have three indentations in my HD 28 neck due to this capo. It did not do the same to my less expensive Seagull. I can only guess that the spring is too strong for nitrocellulose finishes. Buy a Shubb capo for delicate instruments.

It doesn't change the sound, and it stays in place quite well, however it's very tight and hard to clamp on.

The low quality capo spring broke one year after purchase. Nothing about how to replace defect product for Canadians on their website.

This capo grips like a vice! As such it makes your pitch sharp. With far better options available, why people still buy these is beyond me.
