Everyday rocking machine
This hard-working rendition of Gibson's original Firebird focuses on what matters most to the working guitarist: tone and playability. It is light, nimble, fast and extremely comfortable to play. The 496R and 500T humbuckers are absolute powerhouses, ready to rock the house with the grind and aggression that go beyond traditional Mini-Humbuckers. Exquisitely polished frets allow for smoother bends and a better feel, while vintage looks will be sure to make you stand out both in studio and on stage.

I bought this guitar six months ago. I love the smooth transitioning while playing. The slim taper neck compared to my SG Standard feels more comfortable to play with. The 496R and 500T pickups have a nice bite/hot enough for music that I play (classic rock, some modern, a little metal). I choose this guitar largely for the colour, the Pelham Blue is wicked.
