One of my favourites. Whoever was messing around with what's under the hood certainly nailed it. This fragile baby
blows my DS1 and RAT away. Don't be fooled by the price.
I double dare you to fork out $35 to see for yourself.....

An AC adapter is the way to go, as once you get the cover off there's little separation between the battery and circuit board.
Despite it's fragile nature, this pedal is FAB once you get it up and running.

Just got it for the holidays and I really like it, so cheap too. Cool growly sound and metal sounds. Made of plastic but its great for my set up at home and recording. I'm gonna get me a couple more dano pedals too. I was really surprised at how good it sounds.

I must say, I was really impressed with this pedal. I wasn't expecting too much because of the price tag, but this pedal is awesome. Very versatile - it can be used for classic rock, hard rock, trash by metal, etc.
It has a plastic shell,but as far as I'm concerned that shouldn't be an issue unless you're a stomper.
Trust me, don't waste your time using the battery power. Mine broke off trying to remove the battery. Just use a 9v cord.
Gives great tone for metal. It's a little noisy, but not too much.
If you're choosing between this & some expensive pedal like the Metal Zone, choose this.

This was the first pedal I bought because I was feeling broke after getting back into playing and spending large on a guitar and amp. I figured it would do until I got a better, costlier pedal. Four years have passed, and I haven't bothered getting another, because this pedal is doing the job. Allowed me to spend the $$$$ on other toys instead.

This pedal has everything you could ask for in a distortion pedal! It has a cleaner and meaner sound then my Boss or Behringer pedals plus having the dials on the top is a major bonus for us guys who stomp on the whole pedal when were not looking, I've broken 5 pedals over the years by catching the dials causing the circuit board inside to break, they are placed perfect on this one!

I bought this pedal almost 10 years ago and it is still amazing. It sounds better then my friend's boss metal core which is like 80 bucks. For 80 you can get a whole pedalboard worth of these things and imo they are amazing. VERY HEAVY this is for thrash - death metal. If you want a rock pedal go for the fab distortion, it is also great.
