Shadow`s soundhole fitted preamps for acoustic & classical guitar are designed for sonic clarity, ease of installation and preservation of your instrument.
SH Sonic Basic is an easy-to fit preamp system for acoustic and classical guitar. With the 2-band-equalizer controls (bass and trebles) you will be able to adjust your personal, acoustic sound easily.
Because Sonic preamps are installed into the soundhole there is no need to cut a hole in the bout/frame of the guitar. The system works with two 3V cell batteries (#2032) and comes with an active Nanoflex pickup.
When Nanoflex technology was born it opened the window to the beatiful world of natural guitar sound reproduction. Only Nanoflexpickups sense the vibrations of the strings and the movements of the soundboard simultaneously. The sound is sweet and percussive with exact attack. This gives the feeling of having a microphone mixed with an undersaddle pickup.
Due to active amplification directly at the pickup and 100% shielding of the entire system, no sound will be lost and no hum created.
