Mark is excited to be returning to Canada for the first time in over 20 years! Mark has collaborated with and appeared alongside some of the biggest names in music such as Lenny Kravitz, Celine Dion, Kanye West, Billy Joel, Paul McCartney and Steven Tyler.

Mark, known as the Les Paul of the electric violin, invented the electric violin back in the 1970s, when he was just 12 years old. This inspirational workshop will offer tips and techniques for electric violin playing in an interactive setting. He is a strong advocate for music education and has developed his own supplemental curriculum for music programs incorporating his vast experience as a performer, composer, arranger, innovator and educator.

Bring your instrument, electric or acoustic, and enjoy trying the lineup of Mark Wood violins on display as well.
