You may remember this kit from a Gearhunter post some months ago! The drummer who purchased it ended up returning it to us to invest more into his dream kit (a 70's Ludwig), but not before upgrading the bass drum head to a 24" EMAD. The kick was plenty thunderous before, but the EMAD adds a bonus punch and rumble to this relatively shallow 14" deep kick drum.

The Session Studio Select toms punch hard with 4 outer plies of Birch, and 2 inner plies of a softer African Mahogany. Combined with a sharp 60-degree bearing edge, these shells offer a warmth akin to vintage drums but cut through a mix like modern drums. The Barnwood Brown finish is much more luxurious that its name insinuates; there is clearly a depth to the colour that allows light to play with it while maintaining a handsome core finish.

Typically, this shell pack would only include a 24" kick, a 13" rack tom, and a 16" Floor tom. This kit was custom ordered by its original owner to include an additional 12" rack and 18" floor. These shells also only typically come with the tom arms, but nothing to mount them on; this kit will include a designated stand for the additional tom as well as a cymbal stand tom mount the 13" tom. To purchase these shells in this configuration brand new would cost 2929.97 before tax. There is no snare, cymbals, or additional hardware included.
