| For what it is, and what it claims to be, this is a terrific little amp for taking along with you. It is loud, can get tones from smooth to crunchy and you can take it along on your belt. Nice sound from a plastic case. I was uncertain at first, but after playing through it for a while I was sold. As I said, for what it is it's a terrific portable option. Nice little amplifier! | The velvet tones that cascade from this luscious amplifier are second to none, it makes my mesa mark V amp sound like a crack whore deep throating a cat. Posted by anonymous on Mar 8, 2013 | |||

| I use this with my Traveler guitar. It has a decent variety of tones and respectable volume. I've gotten over 6 hours of play on a Duracell 9 volt. Posted by anonymous on Oct 16, 2012 | |||

| yes, I have had battery amps from Pignose to piggy to various in between, including custom built for a bass.
(used to play on the street lots)
I am picky and compared it to the other brand's and there was no comparison in tonal quality.... at all !
Don't waste money on the mini stacks or mini brand names... they look cute but sound horrible in comparison.
.... the worst!
I don't know how Danelectro got such a warm sound out of a plastic housing but they did!
I did not compare it's power consumption to the others, I went strictly for sound quality.
I use an adapter with mine and save battery money/or recharging.
the headphone jack is good to have if ever you wanna rock and not disturb others. Posted by anonymous on Mar 5, 2012 | |||

| This is a great, tiny tone machine. Vol., gain and tone controls give a wide range of sounds. 2 inch speaker is solid and loud. Belt clip is a great accessory. Listen to one of these before you judge! Posted by anonymous on Mar 2, 2012 | |||
