As a pro touring single act I've used both this system and the Fender Passport with roughly equal results. As I'm on and off planes about 80 times each year I need something that's highly portable and almost 'airline proof'. While I currently use the Stagepass I've found that I have to bring it in for repair at least once a year due to the wear and tear of my excessive airline travel and I've not been satisfied with any kind of gig bag or other case to adequately protect it. I've replaced the entire system twice in four years.
While the sound has been very good I'm leaning toward returning to the new Fender Passport 300 Pro due to the small improvements to power, phantom power for vocal mics and the overall portability to durability ratio when employing the padded protective cover for travel. It's a tough call between the two system but having owned two of each of the two PAs my next replacement purchase will be in favor of the Fender product.

A very portable and very clear-sounding solution for small- to medium-size venues. I use it for solo, duo, trio work. Overall great value for the money.
PROS: lightweight, modular, easy to transport, 300W power in a small package
CONS: reverb is actually echo, no phantom power or limiter, adaptors needed for mounting on speakers
