The Belleville Location is a new addition to the Long & Mcquade family. We're delighted to be out in Belleville to service you're musical needs! The new location offers a large rental area, with separate entrance. As well as a lesson centre to compliment the sales departments, for all things music! With friendly and helpful staff, plus a talented in-house guitar repair technician. The store is designed to feature a large band and orchestra area. As well as Digital home keyboards. With lots of options at every level, from beginner to intermediate or advanced.

Unlike our free set-up, which is included within the first year of purchase, this process is done to have the instrument set to the factory specs rather than to each player's feel or preferences.
We look after the following:
- Inspect finish and hardware.
- Check electronics to make sure everything is in working order. Check batteries on active pickups.
- Inspect strings.
- Inspect frets and fretboard.
- Check truss rod. Adjust for bow and relief.
- Tune instrument to manufacturer’s specified tuning.
- Check/set action height.
- Stretch strings and re-tune instrument and ensure machine heads are working well.
- Check for fret buzz by playing every note.
