In this life, I'm an old actor now, but when playing in front of people, still find the presence of an audience triggers a nervous reaction. This is always annoying, as both hands produce rivers of perspiration, causing me to drop pics and lose them.

The cat tongue texture gives you great grip on the pick, even if you are sweating.
If you play more than one type of guitar this pack is great for experimenting to find the pick that provides the sound you like best.
I found a huge difference in sound from my 12 string acoustic after changing from the pick thickness I was using on a 6 string acoustic.
And then are you rocking out or strumming a folk song? Be a sound hound and experiment to get the best result.
