Designed by World Percussion Master, Trilok Gurtu, this signature stick offers a unique thumb groove at the fulcrum point. The sticks also boast jazz dimensions and tip and a double yellow DIP handle for exceptional control. Crafted from US Select Hickory with a walnut stain and made in the USA.

There is nothing to say other than "I freakin' love these drumsticks!". The grip area, the entirety of the nylon dip, and the light yet intoxicating feel of these drumsticks is genuinely perfect, And the logo and signature will fade far, far less on nylon than on most sticks (which isn't especially great considering the other things this drumstick has, but it's still pretty cool). Lastly, The finish is beautiful. The nylon is a vibrant colour of yellow (will have very minor printer stains though, if you care enough about that stuff) and the finish is a beautiful chesnut stain. If you play in a style pertaining as to general latin percussion and the like, By all means, buy this. They are the BEST.
(P.S: If you play in a more rock-oriented style, Consider the Zildjian Josh Dun Artist Series sticks.)
