No doubt the added expression from the ROLI BLOCK's squishy keys is bewildering and opens up all kinds of musical madness. The player versions of Cypher2, Strobe2, and Equator are rad, and I recommend upgrading to the full versions if you're into sound design or want access to even more good patches. Bitwig is my DAW of choice, and before buying the BLOCK I wish I had known that communication between Bitwig and BLOCK is iffy. Works much better I have found with Garageband/Logic. Something else to consider is your studio space: mashing around on the BLOCK can be a blast, but without some adhesive on the underside it'll tend to swerve and slide around. With the new Roli Studio Player there's a tonne of functionality packed into this baby. Would not use this as my main midi controller, but if you're looking to add some zing to your production you'd do yourself a favour grabbing this.

Im a rookie and didn't know what to expect.
This thing is limitless and was quite easy to start up!
All in all I would have to say top notch job!
