I have no complaints about this case. It is well built and secures my Epiphone Les Paul plus top pro standard perfectly.
I dont see how you could find a better one for the price.

I have a few of these cases, and what I can tell you is that it's a bit of a crapshoot when buying them. The last one I received had a blemish on the exterior (it looked a bit damaged) and some of the lining was separating from the body inside. The case looks nice and provides a perfect fit for a Les Paul-style guitar, but quality-wise leaves much to be desired. Maybe this is why the Gibson ones are more expensive.

I bought this for just under $90.00 at L & M. Initially, I was skeptical given the low price, but I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality and build. This case has a black interior (not red, as in the picture). There are additional latches, not shown in the pictured version. Very sturdy, locks nicely, Epiphone Les Paul standard plaintop fits well, no movement. No complaints.

Laminate was bubbled, separating from the case at the base of the arch-top and a small dent on the side corner.
Suggest to take it out of the plastic bag it's wrapped in and inspect at the store. Now I have to take it back for a replacement which is an inconvenience.
& it's NOT red inside as in the picture depicts! It's black! Smells nice, has a lock too.

I orderd one a few months ago expecting it to be a great made in Canada
case. Boy has i wrong they are a MIC thing that lacks in quality compared to the older ones. It works that why I am keeping it but was a great dissapointment. IMO Yorkville has taken a huge step backwards in having these made in China.

This case fits any Les Paul/Junior/Special. The plush is black and cushy, works perfect. It has the same vanilla smell as the Gibson ones. Highly Recommend.

I bought this case for my Japanese Tokai Les Paul Special after comparing it side by side with a Gibson branded one and they are identical in construction.
There are some differences: obviously no Gibson logo, no combination locking latch but aside from that, it's exactly the same case for a fraction of the price!
This case is made by the same company in Montreal that makes cases for Gibson.
The guitar fits like a glove with no movement whatsoever. I would highly recommend this case.

Bought this case for my Les Paul Special, it fits like a glove.
Excellent workmanship, this case is made by the same company in Montreal that makes cases for Gibson. Definitely worth it for the price!

These things are far better than the grey plush, economy models made by Yorkville and other companies. The deluxe models have more padding and protection, the guitar sits on a slight angle so it rests without any stress on the neck when laid flat, and there is no wiggle room or weak points that could lead to the guitar bouncing around inside.

I have no idea why gig bags exists. Every guitar needs a hard case ! Fits any LP tightly with no wiggle. The only drawback is the glue or carpet smell. It eventually subsides, but only after leaving the case wide open for three months!

I have two of these cases,one for my Les Paul and one for my Ibanez artist.The one holding my Les Paul proved these are great cases capable of protecting your guitar.An amplifier stack got knocked over onto my guitar in it's case.Huge collision,the case ended up with a couple of dents and a small hole but it kept my prize Gibson safe.Not a scratch.Very good value for the money,I will be ordering the same case as a replacement soon.

It's a great case. I've tested it several times and my les paul has come unscathed. The lock on the latch and the little storage compartment are really nice to have.
