This is how you wished your Fuzzface sounded... Fat and Harmonic. And it cleans up like a vintage Fender amp when you turn down your guitar's volume control. The Rolling Stones and the Black Crowes have discovered this trick.

If you love the first 2 Hendrix releases then you'll love this pedal, with 2 Germanium transistors hand-picked and tested for optimum performance. A Contour Knob lets you dial in Midrange, Harmonics and Sustain, also an "Input " knob that takes out the "woofiness" and gives great Overdrive/Distortion sounds when its level is reduced. An internal "Bias" Trimmer allows for adjustment of Clipping Symmetry, Harmonics, and Tracking.

Specifications subject to change at any given moment due to availability and due to whimsy.

True-Bypass w/LED is standard equipment to preserve tone when the pedal is off!

It does what it says on the box. This is an awesome fuzz. It's more mild than most modern fuzzes - it's an overdrive/fuzz with a great voice that you can actually use in most mixes. With this one box you can go from from that Hendrix lead tone to that Hendrix clean tone just by turning down your guitar volume. At low volume the sound cleans up incredibly with some spank and sparkle like you know who. You could do a whole show with just this pedal and your guitar volume. The input knob is a great feature - I'm starting to wish every pedal had that. Use the input knob to match your guitar with the pedal. Play with the input until your guitar volume control works in the correct range with the pedal to allow its full dynamic range to be heard. You want this pedal first in the line - or at least before anything that has a buffer, compressor or any kind of amplification. If you don't put it there then you wont have the dynamic response, though it might function just fine as a on/off basic fuzz in any position thanks to the input and contour controls. I really can't say enough about Fulltone gear. I have a few of their things and they are all built like tanks and they all sound incredible. I can't even look at 'bargain' pedals any more thanks to the awesome gear out there like the stuff Fulltone makes.

Great Fuzzface tone! Very responsive to guitar's volume. Input and Contour control are invaluable in achieving a transparent and balanced med/high gain germanium fuzz tone. Remove "woofiness" with the Input pot, fine tune the mids and gain with the Contour pot, and get the most harmonically rich and saturated, yet balanced and useable fuzz tone you could ever imagine!
