Very comfy al'round with an acoustic GA & I imagine would also be great for power stances on electric as it's relatively long even shortened. Way too much slack when sitting with a strat.
It's got a slight bit of bungie stretch with its padding so very forgiving when slinging in & out.
My acoustic neck button is straight in the back of the base, not the side of the neck, so definitely no issues with the clips.
