The Zen of Screaming 1 mainly provides the essentials to warming up your voice, breathing correctly and other essential techniques. This DVD helps with both screaming and singing and is great for beginners all the way to advanced users. This DVD has helped me a lot and have improved my singing and screaming a lot. I recommend this to anyone who wants to learn screaming and/or singing.
