Designed for professional producers, composers, and mix engineers, Steinberg Cubase Pro 10 is a complete music-production environment with fast, intuitive, and high-quality audio & MIDI tools for composing, recording, mixing, mastering, and manipulating your recordings in almost any way imaginable.
The software utilizes a 32-bit integer and 64-bit floating-point audio engine compatible with resolutions up to 192 kHz. It offers full 5.1 surround and virtual reality functionality, full automatic delay compensation, and flexible routing. The system includes unlimited audio, instrument, and MIDI tracks, and can accommodate up to 256 physical inputs and outputs.
Cubase Pro 10 includes many new tools to enhance your creativity and speedup your workflow. VariAudio 3 lets you solve vocal intonation and timing problems with just a few clicks, while the Audio Alignment function makes stacking vocals and other recordings fast, easy, and efficient. From basic tracking to polishing your finished mixes, the software offers a complete suite of plug-ins with over 92 high-end audio and MIDI VST effect processors. The integrated MixConsole comes with a high-end channel strip, complete with EQ and dynamics, reverbs, delays, VCA faders, loudness meters, and wave meters.
Cubase Pro 10 features a set of eight virtual instruments, which includes HALion Sonic SE 3, Groove Agent SE 5, Padshop, Retrologue 2, LoopMash 2, and more. Sampler Track allows you to turn any imported or recorded audio file into a playable instrument with full filter, pitch, and envelope controls for sound design flexibility. You can also drag any MIDI part in the Sampler Control window and start experimenting with the instantly rendered audio file. Intelligent compositional tools like Chord Track and Chord Pads allow for creative and playful composing of harmonic progressions, from simple pop to complex jazz arrangements.
