I found it difficult to install, despite following the instructions. To get any sound I had to turn the amp volume to 100%, and even then the sound was weak and dominated by buzzing, I could barely hear the guitar. For $100+ I am not impressed at all by the quality.

I put this nice pickup in my Baby Taylor without drilling any holes.It is easy to put in as it is a simple quick install and comes with a little strap to attach the wire and plug in input to the guitar strap button on the guitar.
I have the pickup wire come out the front of F hole and around the back to the guitar strap button.
You could make it a permanent install , but I would suggest getting a guitar luthier to doing it as it would require drilling a hole in the guitar body.
It has very good sound from the pickup a nice warm sound with a lot of sustain.
No volume or tone control of coarse as it is a non active pickup and no need of batteries.
It really fills out the sound of my baby Taylor playing it through my Traynor amp.
