This folding rack remains 'the best' on the market according to many websites, which baffles me. The construction is pretty good (except until the screws come loose, which they do frequently). The WORST part is that the rubber guitar yokes can easily roll down independently, causing your guitars or basses to crash into one another, or the floor. I've written the company and asked many times at L&M, but there seems to be no solution. My "McGyver" fix is to put gaff/gorilla tape across the top bar every gig. Even then they still slide!!!

I bought this stand to keep my guitars more accessible rather than them being in cases all the time. It is very strong and well built. I was prepared to assemble it when it arrived, but no need for it! I was able to take it out of the box, unfold it, and place my guitars on it! You will not be disappointed with one of these!

I bought the 3 guitar version and used an extra yoke to expand it to hold 5 electric guitars comfortably (tightly if one of them is my thicker Gretsch hollow body). Easy to set up (take out of box and unfold), with the usual excellent Hercules sturdiness. I have more guitars now so I'm going to buy the bigger version and use the smaller one for my basses. I love all of the Hercules Stands gear that I have but you will pay a premium for it, as much as twice what you would pay for the "equivalent" in a Yorkville product.

This product delivers... recently purchased and find this stand to be terrific solution for a somewhat large guitar collection. Adjustable parts make fitting 2 acoustic and 5 electrics no problem. Could easily squeeze another electric into the mix. A real space saver and secure system.

I chose the three space version of this stand and it came with a bonus yoke and spacer to expand it to four spaces. It currently holds two electric guitars and two electric bases with room to spare. Additional yokes and spacers can be purchased to expand it up to six spaces, plus there is a also longer version available. Setup out of the box is a piece of cake. Just unfold it and slip on the extra yoke if required. Construction is sturdy without being too heavy. This is a well designed and functional product.

Just bought this one new in the box from L&M. It's amazingly simple and easy. It comes out already setted up. Takes 3 seconds to unfold and stand ready. It unfolds by slinding smootly in position without any stress. It folds the same way, w/ smooth action. You don't have to tighten any screws to secure it, it stand still by itself. The SSF (foam) is nitro safe. The rack is expendable to add more guitars. I'm going to order two expansion slot. I was concerned about not having a restraining band on the neck support but the angle makes it fine.
