In my humble opinion, these strap buttons are simply too small. They are pretty much useless. I would recommend shopping for a bigger sized set. I understand these buttons are more 'traditional' but I really don't like risking dropping my guitar, especially a Les Paul. You will definitely need some type of strap locking system with these.
