Bought this jack plate from L&M in Lethbridge. Should have come standard on my 2018 Gibson Les Paul Studio ($2000 guitar). Instead it had a black plastic one. So when I tightened it up when it came loose it cracked into a dozen pieces. This one I cranked the nut tight and loctited it. Not coming off again. Looks nicer too.
Of course when I picked it up I saw one just like mine but 2019 with the metal plate. So clearly Gibson knew it was a flaw. I probably could have got one for free from Gibson if I complained, but for a few bucks I bought it and shut my mouth.
Also it comes with 2 screws for 4 holes. Lucky for me the stock screws were chrome and matched.
