I have "better" guitars, but I always reach for my MIM Strat first. Take that for what its worth. I put a tusk nut on it, and a roller string tree, and decked the trem....as I would with any Strat. Now it stays in tune like nobody's business. This guitar just fits me the way an old pair of jeans would. If you want a good instrument that wont break the bank you cant go wrong with the MIM Strats. Check out the MIM Teles too, because they are also great, but I'm more of a Strat guy.
