24 Violin/Viola Storage Rack with Wheels

The sixteen unit violin/viola rack is constructed of laminated high density plywood in a variety of color options. The spaces can accommodate 1/2 size violins all the way to full size violas. Included casters make this unit mobile to easily transport up to 24 instruments. The rack can also fit trumpet cases.

Frame
The dual lower frame rails are made out of two pieces of industrial particle board with thermo fused finish for light weight and durability with separations between the instrument's spaces. The vertical panels are 3/4" industrial particle board with thermofused finish, and are bolted through with metal angles for strength to eliminate wobble.

Casters
The casters are 4" heavy duty casters with aluminum hubs and ball bearings. The front and rear swivel casters are positioned so that the load is stable when mobile. The casters are positioned on a metal plate for durability. The front casters have a locking mechanism.
