Description
The Stanton SDH 4000 headphones have a high output and a clear sound. They're comfortable to wear for extended listening sessions and the closed construction prevents unwanted background sounds from disturbing your mix. The design is a perfect mix of functionality and professional balanced audio. It features a durable adjustable headband with foldable ear pads that have a backlit blue ring. Question: Can I connect them to my phone?

Answer: These headphones are not bluetooth capable. They need to be plugged into the headphone jack (if you have one) on your phone.

I just returned my fourth pair of these headphones.
The right side stopped working on the first pair, but I gave Stanton the benefit of the doubt. They were less than two years old, and I take good care of my gear. Since the warranty had expired, I bought a second pair when they went on sale.
Second pair: same problem. This time it was still under warranty, and L&M replaced them.
Third pair? Same failure. Replaced under warranty.
Fourth pair, here we go again. Right side dead in less than nine months. At that point, I gave up and switched brands.
I own headphones from other manufacturers that are over 20 years old and still working perfectly.
The only reason I stuck with the SDH4000s was because they were fairly comfortable and didn’t have a hyped low end, which made them decent for longer tracking sessions. But the USB light is a pointless gimmick. I’d gladly trade it for some actual build quality.
FYI: Stanton is part of inMusic, owned by Jack O'Donnell, a multi-millionaire CEO known for acquiring respected audio companies like Akai, Alesis, M-Audio, Denon, BFD, and then gutting their QC and support.
But hey, let's keep making these s*ci*paths richer.

I had 2 pair, both lost audio on the right side within 3 months, they are comfortable but the quality isn't there.

Sound quality is decent for dj applications. Build quality is horrendous. 1st set quit working after 3 months. Returned them and they replaced with new pair. 2nd set lasted for 8 months. I only use them occasionally (1-2 times per week) so it wasn’t from abuse. Low quality product. Spend the extra money….in this case you get what you pay for. Subpar product.
