A rod and a poorly-made tray that requires you to buy your own mounting solution. The price would be justified if you didn't have to find your own way to clamp it to your hardware. The product on its own is useless and requires another product to make it useful.
Build quality is bad for the price. The tray loosens completely if you try and adjust its angle after tightening it, usually resulting on your phone quickly falling to the floor. The tray is slotted on the lower lip for cable I/O, but the slots do not line up with most phones, rendering them useless.
