The Plethora X5 is a compact digital TonePrint Pedal Board with up to 127 Boards, 5 Pedal Slots, all your favourite TC FX, 75 TonePrint Slots per Effect, 5 MASH Footswitches and Integrated FX Loop Insert. Plethora X5 makes the entire board building experience both intuitive and fun. With the ability to create and store up to 127 custom boards, tailored to your needs, you'll never run out of tones.

Create Your Own Combo of Pedals
Plethora X5 lets you combine up to 5 TonePrint pedals of your choice and arrange them in any order you need on each of the boards. It's all of your favourite TC stomps in one unit that will satisfy all of your needs for pitch tracking, studio-grade compression, sultry modulation, unobtrusive noise gating, toneful reverb, epic delay and more.

TonePrint
Each pedal in Plethora X5 has 75 TonePrint slots available for quick recall of your favourite settings, letting you collate and store a list of your favourite sounds for safe keeping. Dial in and store a cornucopia of unique TonePrints tailor-made to your personal gear setup and have a whole host of iconic tones ready for your next jam session made by the greatest musicians in the world!

Add In Your Own Device
You should have the choice to integrate your own favourite stompboxes into the signal chain. Plethora's FX insert loop lets you add your preferred flavour of gain anywhere on the board you like. You can also use the insert for 4-cable method setup with your amplifier, letting you choose which effects go in front of your amp's input and which effects live in your amp's effects loop.

Extra Expression
Sometimes a certain song might call for separate parameter control outside of what the MASH switches provide. That's cool. Plethora X5 features an EXP input to hook up your favourite expression pedal for controlling any effect you like or adding an extremely useful volume pedal, anywhere in the board's signal chain.

Stay Connected
Plethora X5 is the first TC pedal to feature Bluetooth. Using the free TonePrint app you can connect your phone to Plethora and arrange your boards to get everything just the way you like it!

Contrary to the other reviews here I found it to be easy to use and sounds really good. I got rid of my holy grail reverb because the hall of fame verb in here sounds better and is more flexible. Because it's all digital there's no overdrive or distortion which is fine because you can insert your other analog pedals anywhere in the pedal chain.

Nice little rig in theory but needs some work. Software quite complicated and as there is no manual other than a quick start guide, you need to search the internet to know how to do even very basic things. When I used it in the effects loop of a tube amp you could hear the tone loss, not so much in the loop of a Katana. One of the effects that is in it has no software adjustments, seems it doesn't exist. The list of options is impressive but sometimes too many options is not an asset. I prefer the Boss MS-3 by far!
